Stay active and keep developing through our structured weekly summer training program.
Our 2026 Weekly Summer Training Program runs from June to September 2026 and is offered on Wednesdays and Fridays.
Weekly Summer Training
Each training day includes dryland at 6:00 PM followed by on-ice training from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM.
Training Options:
• Wednesdays Only — 8 sessions
• Fridays Only — 11 sessions
• Both Days — 19 total sessions

July 20 – 24, 2026 (1 Week)
Full-day training with multiple on-ice sessions, dryland, and development work.
August Camp Almost Full
August 17 – 28, 2026 (2 Weeks)
Extended high-performance training block for serious development heading into the season.
Space is limited for both camps.

A focused off-ice program designed to improve skating technique, movement, and strength.
Our Spring Dryland Program is designed for athletes who want targeted technical improvement heading into the next season.
